Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove technical support to Notion's largest enterprise customers for complex issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues across Notion’s platform and embedded partner applications, focusing on AI usage.
- Act as a bridge between customers and Notion engineering teams by reproducing issues, filing detailed bug reports, and driving resolution.
- Create, refine, and scale support processes to improve efficiency in handling complex, high-priority cases.
- Collaborate on internal knowledge and customer-facing documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation.
