• Establish and monitor robust prevalence measurement methodologies for harmful content and behavior, serving as the authoritative source of truth for safety goals.
• Develop and validate comprehensive ground truth datasets for harmful UGC and violative on-platform behaviors, ensuring high quality and policy alignment.
• Conduct exploratory analysis on current and emerging threat landscapes to provide data-backed recommendations for detection and moderation resource investment.
• Design, implement, and analyze sophisticated experiments for new moderation and safety enforcement features, guiding development and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Leverage advanced causal inference methodologies to accurately measure the effectiveness and systemic impacts of safety initiatives.
