Responsibilities
- Build a cohesive view of Harvey's employee lifecycle, connecting various HR data points into an actionable narrative.
- Own the vision and roadmap for Harvey's people data infrastructure, partnering with Data Engineering and Security to stand up the data layer and define architecture requirements.
- Consolidate workforce data from various HR systems (Workday, Ashby, Envoy, Culture Amp) and build data quality frameworks.
- Define and maintain Harvey's people metrics dictionary and standardize how workforce trends are measured across the organization.
- Move People Analytics beyond reporting into intervention, surfacing leading indicators and emerging organizational risks before they scale.
