Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise customers, troubleshooting complex issues across various cloud and container environments (Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Perform root-cause analysis on pipeline failures, deployment issues, connectivity problems, and secrets management errors, and lead incident triage.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, diagnostic utilities, automation scripts, and runbooks to streamline customer engineering workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to the development of internal AI tools powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate diagnostics and accelerate incident resolution.
• Guide customers through best-practice CI/CD configurations, lead troubleshooting sessions, and communicate technical findings clearly to both engineers and managers.
