Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure, cost-effective, and scalable omnichannel customer experience solutions on Amazon Connect and AWS.
• Build and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, backend APIs, and custom agent experiences using the Streams API.
• Develop custom serverless application logic using AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, and DynamoDB.
• Write clean code in Python, Java, or Node.js and maintain Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, migration efforts from legacy platforms, and provide mentorship to engineers.
