Responsibilities
- Serve as Incident Commander for critical, cross-functional, and high-severity incidents across Twilio.
- Formulate and drive the 1-3 year strategic vision for Twilio's incident response processes and tooling.
- Enforce incident response standards at the Director and VP levels and define company-wide response OKRs.
- Mentor and train other Incident Commanders and engineering teams to build organization-wide response capacity.
- Partner across non-engineering functions such as Security, Support, and Product during major incidents.
