Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Collective's Core Platform, including the unified task system, dashboard, messaging infrastructure, and shared UI components.
• Define and mandate the System of Record for tasks and communications across all vertical product teams.
• Architect the AI integration layer to proactively guide members, deflect support load, and reduce friction.
• Set technical standards for task schemas, notification logic, and component contracts to ensure platform integrity and consistent member experience.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and operations for platform adoption and continuous improvement.
