Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery readiness of new projects, establishing baseline governance and managing project-level risks across the assigned portfolio.
- Evaluate project delivery health weekly, rigorously tracking Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs.
- Own project portfolio financials, including revenue, margin, and forecasting.
- Serve as the immediate escalation point for complex project roadblocks, partnering with Project Managers to maintain execution quality standards.
