Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for San Francisco employees including hardware, software, networking, and A/V systems
• Administer endpoint management platforms for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices and manage the workstation lifecycle
• Support user lifecycle management and administer identity, access, and collaboration platforms like Okta and Google Workspace
• Administer, patch, and maintain Linux servers and workstations supporting engineering and R&D environments
• Participate in the IT Support on-call rotation and manage incidents via Jira Service Management
