Responsibilities
- Define what technical fluency looks like across Account Executives (AEs), Account Directors (ADs), and Customer Engineers (CEs) throughout the buyer journey.
- Translate product launches, especially AI and agent features, into field-ready technical standards and anticipate their behavior in real customer environments.
- Build and maintain hands-on technical enablement content, including sandbox environments, integration walkthroughs, and API usage guides.
- Measure enablement impact using sales metrics, pipeline data, and field performance analytics to iterate on effective programs and demonstrate revenue impact.
- Partner with the GTM AI team to calibrate AI call scoring to accurately capture technical quality in customer-facing conversations.
