Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable HubSpot architecture (custom objects, workflows, automations, and data models) capable of supporting rapid organizational growth.
• Lead the front-end integration of HubSpot with the broader Sales stack, leveraging advanced HubL, JSON, and API consumption to display and interact with external data within the HubSpot interface.
• Engineer bespoke UI components and extensions to enhance the HubSpot interface using React and HubL.
• Continuously audit system performance, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize automation to drive sales and marketing alignment.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve pipeline management and campaign effectiveness.
