Responsibilities

• Own customer implementation engagements end-to-end, from onboarding through go-live, and serve as the deep technical resource designing integrations and solutions.
• Design and implement technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations, while managing project timeline, scope, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the technical conduit between Braze and customer product and engineering teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve project risks and technical blockers to keep engagements on time.
• Document stakeholder roles, technical requirements, and integration details to support smooth handoffs to Customer Success Managers.
