Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft Teams day-to-day operations and configure GCC High meetings.
• Run live AV hands-on for all-hands meetings, large team events, podcasts, and other company activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conference room hardware from Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, and similar vendors.
• Build IT automations and chatbot flows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or tools like Serval.
• Serve as an escalation point for the IT service desk to resolve complex issues and document root causes.
