Responsibilities
- Own internal IT infrastructure, including identity, device, and systems management.
- Administer and improve core tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, Zoom, Slack, and Twingate.
- Build and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Support a growing distributed workforce, including offsite device logistics, access controls, and endpoint security.
- Partner with engineering and compliance to support SOC2/HITRUST posture and audit readiness.
