Responsibilities

• Travel up to 60% to set up and support new and existing remote Carvana locations (desktop, server, network, security surveillance, AV).
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and walk-ups for IT issues and requests from both PC and Mac users.
• Configure and maintain networked computer systems, hardware, system software, and applications to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
• Monitor helpdesk ticketing system and resolve tickets on time to meet Carvana defined SLA.
• Document solutions to new problems in Jira and share with the team.
