Responsibilities

• Design "off-the-shelf" dataset products and define specifications for data capture by Sim, Teleop, and Motion Capture teams.
• Partner with the Sales team as a technical authority to translate customer pain points into data solutions.
• Establish workflows to train and fine-tune open-source Robotics Foundation Models on Turing's data, empirically proving performance improvement.
• Develop automated workflows for agentic gap analysis to identify dataset coverage gaps and provide insights to customers.
• Lead the development of virtual and physical benchmarking environments to test customer policies and build a full-cycle optimization service.
