Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the governance framework and Application Lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications
• Own the project lifecycle for all net-new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying system integrations
• Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on proposed data models and data flows
• Own administration of the Tray.io iPaaS platform and lead delivery of scalable automations
• Translate requirements from GTM, CX, Marketing, Finance, and Legal into strategic, scalable, and well-documented solutions
