Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of our Zero Trust (ZTNA) platform, designing granular access policies and managing Tunnels for private applications.
- Act as a strategic bridge between IT and Engineering/Product teams, proactively designing secure access paths for new tools and dev environments.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex connectivity puzzles, utilizing logs, diagnostics, and network telemetry to solve root causes.
- Automate global configurations using scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and Infrastructure as Code to ensure a version-controlled, consistent, and reproducible security posture.
- Own the management and security posture of a global, hybrid fleet using Kandji/Iru (macOS) and Intune (Windows), including CrowdStrike Falcon configuration and zero-touch deployment.
