Responsibilities
- Provide global employee IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
- Administer core internal systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce, focusing on identity and access management.
- Manage the device and asset lifecycle, provisioning and configuring MacOS and Windows laptops, and maintaining inventory.
- Automate repetitive IT tasks and workflows using agentic tools, improving onboarding, offboarding, and issue resolution processes.
- Work with the internal security team to ensure IT practices meet company security standards and support compliance initiatives.
