Responsibilities

• Strengthen day-to-day IT operations and help lead the data loss prevention (DLP) program
• Own and improve core areas, including endpoint administration, DLP monitoring, policy management, and software lifecycle support
• Manage vulnerability remediation and identity and access management (IAM) administration
• Support the end-user services team with onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning
• Create capacity for the team to take on strategic IT and security projects
