Saved Searches

A saved search is a named filter set you can re-use across the product. Pick the filters you want once, name the combination, and the same set powers the market dashboard, the job board, daily email alerts, and the weekly newsletter. Manage them on /saved-searches.

Where you'll see them

  • Market filter dropdown — load a saved search to jump the dashboard to a known view. See Market Dashboard.
  • Job board “Alerts” tab— every saved search you've enabled alerts on lives here. See Job Board.
  • Resume Match pill picker — clicking pills on the resume page builds a saved search from your extracted attributes. See Resume Match.
  • Newsletter targeting — a saved search can scope a weekly newsletter to a specific filter. See The Newsletter.

Visibility

Saved searches are always private — only you can see them.

Use-in toggles

Each saved search has independent toggles for where it's active:

  • Alert— when on, you get a daily email summarising new jobs that match the saved search's filters. Alerts run at 8 AM UTC. Turn the toggle off to keep the saved search but stop the emails.
  • Newsletter— when on, the weekly newsletter is scoped to the saved search's filters instead of the global market view. Useful when you want the digest tuned to your specific roles, locations, or stacks.

Resume match in saved searches

If the Use resume match checkbox was on when you created the saved search, that setting persistsas part of the search — load the saved search later and the toggle comes back on. Like everywhere else, it's off by default.

For email alerts, the evaluator looks up your resume profile at send time and overlays those signals onto the stored filters before matching new jobs.

If you delete your resume later, alerts don't error — they continue with the literal stored filters as if the toggle were off, until a new resume is uploaded.

Editing & deleting

Open /saved-searches for the full list. From there you can rename a saved search, edit its filters, toggle alerts and newsletter targeting, or delete it. The market dashboard and job board both let you save a fresh filter set in place via the same dialog.

Job alerts vs saved searches

Job alerts are saved searches — specifically, saved searches with the Alerttoggle on. There is no separate “alerts” concept. Anywhere the product talks about a job alert, it's referring to one of your saved searches with daily email delivery enabled.

Tier limits

  • Free — 1 saved search.
  • Pro — up to 10 saved searches.
